loud air conditioninginsufficient cooling

the air conditioning unit in my room was excessively loud it cycled on and off constantly throughout the night this made restful sleep impossible i also discovered that the mini-fridge was not cooling items properly this was disappointing because i had hoped to store some beverages at a cold temperature the warm drinks were an inconvenience. also some areas was to not have had cleaning for a while the dust made me uncomfortable.

the room was modern. i found a very good and clean bed. the hotel offered a great breakfast (especially the options!).

The air conditioning unit was very noisy. i couldn't switch it off, so i had a broken sleep. i also had issues with the £50 holding fee. It still has not been returned.

i noticed some minor stains on the walls in my room.
